Depends on the size of the bar and what night it is. If it%26#039;s a local dive bar, then probably 1 or 2 bartenders at the most. If it is a bar capable of holding a couple hundred people, there might be up to 3 or 4 bartenders at each of the bars inside the place. Just depends of the size of the bar and how crowded it is.I just finished bartending school and to answer the question i think it really matters on the size of the bar but on a busy night a normal size bar could have 3-4 bartenders serving. Again it just depends on size and space.There is no such thing as a stupid question.
