Microwave until bubbly (about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes). Add baking soda. Stir and microwave another 30 seconds. Stir again. Pour mixture (hot) over popcorn in a paper bag. Microwave again in paper bag for 2 minutes. Remove and shake. Microwave another minute. Shake.
