It knocked my socks off though.depends on which state or more specifically what county you live in. If you are making a small batch and do not try to sell it you should be fine.yes but there is a limit on how much you are alowed to make and it may vary state to state so look it up in your local codes.No, sorry! It also will cost lotsa dollars for the equpment!.It is 100% illegal in the US. You can, however, make your own beer, wine, mead %26amp; sake though. Just nothing that requires distillation.
