I posted this elsewhere but did not get a specific enough reply. I am looking for an efficient, economical (best value) type wine press for doing volume work. My friend makes 100 egg rolls at a time and wants to use a wine press to get the water out of the veggies. Please don%26#039;t tell me not to do this.
