Pint of water and aspirin before bed. Get up, another pint of water and another aspirin, go back to bed for another half-hour. Get up, open the window for some air, an ice-cold can of soda, a big mug of tea and a breakfast of protein and carbohydrate (I favour bacon sandwich, cheese on toast or a sausage sandwich) and sit and chill out for the rest of the morning.
