What would be a good wine that would go with bow:
I have a world market around here and there is a ton of wine from all different countries. What should I get??Nothing too strongSauce is not really a sauce. See I make the bow-tie pasta, drain it, put it in a bowl, and put Italian dressing on it, with cheese cubes and black olives. And serve it coldPasta salad...I am thinking white. I think a white with some acidity to stand up to the vinegar in the dressing. Someone else said Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc, that is one of my favorite wines, but I think I%26#039;d rather serve it as an apertif, not along such a strong flavoured dish...so I think pinot grigio.Best of luck, I hope things go your way! I am Italian and I would suggest you a red full-bodied wine for pasta. Use the white one only for rice dishes or pasta with no tomato sauce. Some of my favorite ones are: Santa Cristina, Brunello di Montalcino or a nice Chianti.Buon appetito!i like italian white wines for pasta- goes good together- usually pinot grigioZ I N F A N D EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE L 15กใ alkohol makes you dead sick - great wine - watch your olives
